税務署では、適正・公平な課税の実現のため、法人や個人の事業者の方々に、「売上・仕入・費用・リベート等」に関する資料（「一般取引資料せん」といいます。 ）の提出をお願いしております。 一般取引資料せんの提出に当たっては、「一般取引資料せん入力フォーム（エクセル形式）」に入力し、データを保存した光ディスク等（CD・DVD・FD・MO）により提出していただくようお願いします。 なお、作成したExcelデータをCSV形式に変換してe－Taxを利用して提出※することもできます（提出には「提出先調査部門等番号」を入力する必要がありますので、依頼文書に同封の「提出先のお知らせ」をご覧ください。 ）。
